By completing the training you will be automatically entered for a chance to win a Portable DVD Player.

PRIZE. One prize winner will be selected on each drawing date from a random drawing of eligible entries. The drawing dates will be 4/15, 7/15, 9/15 and 12/15.

Winners will each receive:

Prize is not transferable and no substitution is allowed. The Wiremold Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner. All Federal, State and Local taxes are the winner's responsibility.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. Rules apply to each individual winner. The prize will be awarded to the individual person whose email address is selected as the winning entry. Winner (individual person specified on entry) will be notified by email and the individual will have 15 days from the date the email is sent to reply to the email with complete mailing address and phone number. Wiremold will then mail an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity to selected Winner by certified mail. Winner will be required to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted) within 15 days of first attempted delivery of the same. Failure to respond to the initial email or to return the required documentation within the required time period may result in forfeiture of prize, in which event, the prize will be awarded to the participant listed on a second randomly drawn eligible entry. Upon verification of winner's Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity, The Wiremold Company will make arrangements for shipment of the prize. Winner agrees to The Wiremold Company's use of the winner's name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without the need of further compensation. Winner agrees to participate in a presentation of prize.

ELIGIBILITY. Offer open to individual entrants only, who have completed the Wiremold on-line Product Pathway Training. No entity such as a partnership, corporation or other business organization shall be eligible to enter or win this contest. This offer is limited to jurisdictions in which contests of this kind are permitted by law. The offer is not open to employees of The Wiremold Company or any of its respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, subsidiaries, promotion or media partners, printer(s) of materials, material suppliers, and advertising promotion and other coordinating agencies involved in this offer or the immediate family or persons living in the same household of any of the persons named above.

OTHER CONDITIONS. By entering participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Wiremold Company or its agents, which shall be final. All federal, state and local laws apply. The Wiremold Company reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all entries. Entries are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, or if illegible or mechanically reproduced. The Wiremold Company is not responsible for lost, undelivered, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, or misdirected entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical malfunctions of any computer or telephone system or software errors or by any human error in processing of the entries in this offer. Participant agrees that The Wiremold Company or its affiliates and agents shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind as a result of participant's entry or participation in this program nor from the participant's acceptance or use of any prize awarded. All entries received become the property of The Wiremold Company and will not be returned. The winner may be required to execute releases and waivers required by The Wiremold Company in order to receive the prize.
